Freight & Shipping Policy, Rates & Delivery Schedules

At SI Supplies, we currently ship products throughout the United States and Canada. Shipping methods, rates, and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, order size, and shipping service selected.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders for in-stock products placed Monday through Friday by 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time are generally processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed on the next full business day.

Recognized holidays include:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Please note that processing and delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier schedules, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and individual packages may arrive at different times. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order, along with tracking information when available. We will notify you of significant shipping delays or changes to your order.

C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders are not available.

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard Ground shipping is available through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and, when applicable, USPS.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Continental U.S.: 2–6 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: 6–10 business days
  • Canada: 4–12 business days, depending on the destination postal code

The majority of standard ground orders within the continental United States arrive within 2–5 business days.

Delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, or delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside of SI Supplies' control.

Expedited Shipping

We offer 1- and 2-business-day air delivery on eligible orders.

Expedited shipping must be arranged with our customer service team. You may contact us directly or leave a note during checkout requesting expedited shipping.

Additional expedited shipping charges will apply. Expedited delivery times begin after the order has been processed and are subject to product availability and carrier service limitations.

Large & Freight Shipments

Some large, oversized, or high-volume orders require freight delivery. Freight delivery is currently available within the United States only.

If your order requires freight shipping, our customer service team will contact you to coordinate the shipment and delivery arrangements.

Freight orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time are generally delivered within 5–10 business days.

Examples of products or orders that may require freight delivery include:

  • Bulk orders
  • Oversized items, such as shelving
  • Large quantities of a single product
  • Other items that exceed standard carrier size or weight limitations

Freight delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, carrier availability, delivery requirements, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges & Additional Fees

Shipping charges are generally based on the total value and/or size and weight of the merchandise being shipped to each address. Standard pricing may include applicable shipping and handling charges.

Customers with service accounts and/or Net Terms accounts may be subject to additional charges, including:

  • Shipping and handling fees
  • Freight charges
  • Handling fees
  • Logistics fees
  • Rush or expedited delivery fees
  • Optional delivery services
  • Other applicable carrier or delivery-related charges

For certain products or destinations, additional shipping charges may apply.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Certain products cannot be shipped using USPS Priority or standard shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. As a result, additional shipping charges may apply.

If additional charges are required, our customer service team will contact you before the order ships to review and obtain your approval for the additional charges.

Canada Shipping

We currently ship eligible products to Canada using available shipping services. Estimated delivery times are 4–12 business days, depending on the destination.

Additional charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, or other costs may apply to Canadian shipments where applicable. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges not included in the original order total.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

SI Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
