SHIPPING POLICY
FREIGHT/SHIPPING POLICY, RATES AND SCHEDULES
We currently only ship our products within the USA. Some products can't be shipped by USPS Priority, so on a few items there is an extra charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories. Our customer service team will contact you before the product is shipped to approve any extra charges to those areas.
Online orders of stock products placed on Saturday or Sunday (Weekend) will be shipped on the next full business day. In the same way, orders placed on holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day will be shipped on our next full business day.
Please note that a few orders may be shipped in multiple packages, so delivery times may differ slightly. You will receive a detailed order confirmation email with each online order, and notified of any delays. We do not offer C.O.D. orders.
Available Freight/Shipping Methods
- Standard Ground Delivery (UPS, FedEx and optional USPS) - avg. time is 2 to 6 business days in the US and 4-12 business days in Cananda.
- We do offer 1 or 2 Business Day Air Delivery - please contact us or add notes at the check out to arrange this shipping method. Special expedited shipping rates will apply.
Standard Ground Freight/Shipping
Standard shipping orders placed Monday - Friday by 2:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will arrive within 2-6 business days (excluding holidays). The majority of orders will arrive in 2-5 days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories will take 6-10 days. Canada 4-12 Days depending on zip code.
Large Freight/Shipping Delivery
Freight delivery is currently only available within the United States. Some large orders require freight delivery. If an order requires freight shipping, we will call you to make arrangements. Freight orders placed Monday–Friday by 1:30 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) will arrive within 5-10 business days.
Examples of items ordered that require freight delivery include:
Bulk items
Oversize (Shelving etc.)
Large qty's of a single product
Si Supplies shipping charges are based on the total value of products/merchandise shipped to each address. Pricing includes shipping and handling charges. Service Customer and or Net term customers FREIGHT/SHIPPING are all subject to handling fee's and any other optional delivery service fee's such as rush and or expedited fee's.
